We have completed jobs big and small, from single cabs to entire fleets. By understanding our customers’ needs we have been able to devise a specialist paint system that works across all mediums. This system has produced outstanding results and is environmentally friendly. A large part of this is due to the fact that we can spray both the interior and the exterior of trains, trams and other vehicles at depot level or in sidings. This means less downtime and less energy spent moving damaged components.

Maintrain HST buffet car refurbishment – renew ﬂoor, build in modifications, refurbishment of saloon and lobby ends, strip kitchen, re-ft back bar
Repaired corner doors and fitted new corner doors and trained Bombardiers employee’s in repair for HST Bombardier vehicles
Great Western refurbishment – refurbished toilet partitions, renewed damaged plastic, removed corroded metal work and fitted new, repaired damaged fibreglass, repair and renew partition plastic in situ
East Midlands Trains – Meridian Refurbishment – Full interior and exterior refurbishment including, seating, tables, grab handles, luggage racks, vestibules, toilets and floor to ceiling painting etc

We have a proven method of application that has been assessed for health and safety and is approved by Derby City Council. This method has been successfully used on 156 Bombardier vehicles and 143 Great Western vehicles.
