Britain’s First Luxury High Speed Diesel Electric Train running in the early 1960’s between Manchester Central & London St Pancras.
The pictured vehicle was involved in an unfortunate incident and has undergone repairs at Millenium Site Services specialist repair facility in Derby, on behalf of Locomotive Services Limited.
Well done to all staff involved in the repairs returning the vehicle to its former glory and enabling Class 43046 – Geoff Drury to continue to provide inspirational, luxurious train journeys to locations across the UK for many more years to come.
